My name is Kata Szakál, I started to build up a new way of ladies fitness in our SHE Fitness Gym in 2016. SHE Fitness is an exclusive ladies fitness studio where you will exercise only with your personal trainer in a private training room.

2018 was a big step in my life when we opened our second SHE Fitness gym in 3rd district of Budapest.

Parallel to this we also moved our 13th district private fitness studio to a more beautiful and cozy location. In march 2019. our beautiful daughter, Noémi was born. I am full of plans and I can hardly wait to implement them. In June 2019 we opened our third studio not far from Allee Shopping Center in the 11th district. In August we have doubled the size of our 3rd district studio with extra two rooms. The latest news for September is that we opened a new fitness studio in the 13th district.

Thanks to my family, my husband, son, personal trainer colleagues and my faithful clients for their support and for their help in my way to implement my dreams.
